We understand the difficulty in trying to order something based upon a picture or description. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact us and we will attempt to help you.

Shipping Information Your merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped via Air Mail and may require up to two weeks or more in transit. Customs clearance costs, if incurred, are the buyers responsibility and will need to be paid in the country of destination. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held by customs officials.

Heavier items may be shipped via an alternate method (ie, UPS, etc) to reduce shipping costs. Please contact us if you have special concerns about shipping options.

Payment Method
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (US$). Payment by Check, Money Order or Credit Card are accepted. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Visa credit cards. All funds are payable in U.S.Dollars only. Billing will appear as Unique Originals on your credit card statement.

If you wish to pay by money order or check, please submit the order so we can reserve the items for you. Then use the printable form or email receipt you will receive to print your order and send it to us at the below address within 10 days. Items will not be held more than 30 days for payment.

Security & Privacy of Information
All Payments are processed by secure transmissions. Your email address will only be used for correspondence from Unique Originals and will not be provided to any other service or business. Your personal information provided for billing and shipping purposes will be retained by Unique Originals.

For those who do not wish to transmit orders and credit card information via the internet, you may complete the order form and submit the order form and you will receive a copy of your order via email. You can then call with your credit card information to: 405-627-7853 (there is also voice mail at this # if no one is available to take the call).

Pre-Order Information
No cancellations by customer on preorders. All preorders are subject to manufacturers delay, availability, and allocation. We reserve the right to limit quantities. The item selection is subject to change by the manufacturer. Payment is due at the time of order. Submission of any item marked PREORDER denotes understanding of these guidelines as they are posted on all preorder items. Payment by credit card may be made via our secure online site or at the phone numbers listed above--or checks and money orders can be submitted via the above address.

Returns
On all items, if an item is damaged in shipping, notify us immediately: Contact Us. We must be notified of valid claims within 10 days. We take the best care in packing your collectibles to minimize damage in transit. Any items that are returned must be approved before returning. If you have any concerns or questions about an order, please let us know. We will be happy to work with you on valid claims.
